So, you’ve said those inevitable words “Yeah, I Really Like It” and you have your deposit, so let’s get the boring bits out of the way. 

1. Click Start Application below, providing all of the required information and documentation
2. Pay your holding deposit – the amount payable will be shown at the end of the form with details of how to make the payment.
3. Shorty after, you will be contacted by our referencing agency, The Lettings Hub, to provide any additional information they may require. The reference will be returned as Pass, Fail or Pass with Guarantor.
   If a guarantor is required, we’ll be in touch with how to proceed next.
   If the reference is returned as Fail, your holding deposit will be returned or withheld as per our holding deposit terms (see here)
4. When your reference is returned as Pass, we will draw up a tenancy agreement and request signatures from all relevant parties. This stage is also completed by email. 
5. Finally, we will request your security deposit and advance rent payment minus the holding deposit you have already paid. On receipt, we’ll arrange to give you the keys to your new home.
