We use trusted and local sole traders, who complete work to high standards and at a competitive price, and we do not add or take a commission from either contractors or landlords for maintenance work.

At any time, you can choose to pay your rent bit by bit throughout the month without incurring any additional charges.

If you have an issue at home, then we have an issue at your home, our online maintenance reporting tool makes the process easy and ensures we send the right person at the right time and get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Facebook Group for YIRLI tenants
A private group for the sole use of tenants renting a property managed by YIRLI. If you need anything, one of our tenants may be able to help, plus, if you need any furniture when you move in, this is where you’ll be able to find a list of what we have.


Free use of our van to help you move
You’ll need to pay for insurance (we have an app for that!) and leave a small refundable deposit, but we don’t charge anything for the use of the van. We can also arrange for someone to help too (charges apply for the help)

If you need a fridge, a sofa, a bed or anything to get you started, there is a good chance we have one you can have … for free!
