Ensuring your property is fully compliant before we put it on the market guarantees no delays. Our low fee includes a valid EPC, Legionella Risk Assessment and PAT Testing plus we ensure gas and electrical certificates are valid and in date.

Our marketing is designed to attract not only lots of potential tenants but the right tenants and we include (as standard) a detailed floor plan, a 360 deg virtual tour and excellent photos. We advertise on the major property portals and on social media to gain maximum exposure.



We believe the most important part of finding a tenant is ensuring they can afford to pay the rent. Our referencing process starts before a viewing takes place by asking every potential tenant to complete a quick affordability check. A thorough reference is carried out on our shortlisted tenants before we present a final short list. This is all completed within a couple of days and ensures we can provide Rent Protection Insurance should you require it – Rent Protection is included with our managed package

and now the cost to you …
We thought about our pricing and decided against staying in line with our competitors and went with value for money instead. We don’t believe in doing the same job for different landlords and charging a different price based on the value of the rent, so our fee is simple and straight forward, it’s just £499 plus VAT. 

If we manage the tenancy too, we reduce our fee to £349 plus VAT.

Management is 9% plus VAT and includes Rent Protection worth £349 per year
