This promotion is the 4 L’s promotion Let us Let your Let for Less. 1. This promotion is valid until 31st October 2022. A 4 L’s Let Only instruction contract must be signed and returned to YIRLI by 5pm on 30th November 2022 to qualify. 2. Qualifying properties must be in one of the following postcodes: ME1, ME2, ME4, ME5 & ME7 3. YIRLI Ltd reserve the right to refuse an instruction without reason. 4. This promotion is subject to 2 properties per landlord. A property is the equivalent of one tenancy agreement 5. 360 Virtual Tours will only be included on properties that are empty. 6.
